Location and Parking Information: 

The program will take place in the CWC Administrative Offices at the Woodland Park Zoo. You can enter through the West Entrance and the offices are located at the South end of the Penguin Lot (see map)

BY CAR
From North or South bound I-5, take Exit 169/NE 50th St, go west 1.3 miles. The road will curve to the right. Woodland Park Zoo will be on your right.

BY BUS
Take North or South bound Metro Bus #5 to Phinney Ave. N. and 55th St. to arrive at the West Entrance.

PARKING
Please park in the Penguin Lot. Woodland Park Zoo closes at 4 p.m. after which parking is free. There is also free parking available on the street.

Annual giving is a critical component of all individual giving strategies for today's revenue and tomorrow's major gift pipeline, but many organizations don't understand how to optimize this important program. How can you strategically grow your annual fund? We'll walk through annual giving best practices, from leveraging benchmarking and measuring key metrics to launching an annual giving assessment and monitoring program progress. Our panel will share their recommendations and success stories from the field.

Speakers
Lauren Collett
e, Campbell & Company

Lauren brings more than five years of fundraising experience to Campbell & Company. Through her passion for arts and culture, she's learned the value of building meaningful relationships with supporters and connecting them to an organization's mission. Previously, Lauren was the Manager of Annual Giving at the Smithsonian American History Museum, where she built relationships with members of the Smithsonian Council for American History, managed online giving initiatives, and launched the Museum's annual giving program.

 


Troy Coalman, Director of Annual Giving and Community Engagement, FareStart

Troy is a veteran fundraising executive. His career has spanned the sector from events, annual, major and planned gifts, board management, marketing, and communications. He has worked with organizations ranging from the arts to social services. Mr. Coalman is currently the Director of Annual Giving & Community Engagement with FareStart. As a member of AFP Advancement Northwest, he serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of AFP Internationals Center for Fundraising Innovation.
