Benefits of NDOA Membership
- NDOA creates new flexible category of membership
Effective July 1, 2010, NDOA will offer a new option for membership. In addition to the individual membership that currently exists, NDOA will add an organizational membership option. The cost of membership with NDOA is $110.00 and goes for one full year from the time of submission. Both individual and organizational membership will be available for the same dollar rate.
If one chooses individual membership when joining or renewing, the individual personally retains the membership regardless of his/her employer for the duration of the membership year. If the organizational membership option is chosen when joining or renewing, the organization will retain the membership. The organization will be required to assign one individual to the organizational membership and that one individual will make use of the membership for one year, unless he/she ceases to be employed by the organization. If the assigned individual ceases to be employed by the organization, the employer may reassign the membership to a different employee for the remainder of the membership year.
